Duplicate Document Cleaner finds duplicate documents and PDFs on your Mac. Your privacy is simple: it does not collect, sell, or share any personal data.
What we collect
Nothing. Duplicate Document Cleaner has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs.
Your files stay on your device
Duplicate Document Cleaner only reads the folders you choose. It compares files by their bytes, entirely on your Mac. Your documents are never uploaded. Moving duplicates sends them to the Trash, where you can recover them.
Network use
The app works fully offline. The only time it uses the network is if you send a message through the in-app support form.
Purchases
The one-time “Pro” in-app purchase is processed by Apple. Duplicate Document Cleaner does not receive or store payment information.
Contacting us
If you message us through the in-app support form, the details you submit (name, email, message) are delivered directly to our support inbox through our website, kharaapps.com. We use them only to respond, and we don’t sell or share them.
Children
Duplicate Document Cleaner is suitable for all ages (rated 4+) and collects data from no one.
